DENSO Service Training

All information, documents, videos, presentations, technical data, procedures, images, assessments, and discussions provided through the platform must be treated as confidential.

Users must:

• Use the training content only for authorized DSMN training and service-related activities.
• Keep their platform username, password, and access link secure.
• Not share the training content with unauthorized employees, customers, competitors, or other third parties.
• Not record, reproduce, photograph, download, copy, translate, publish, or distribute the content unless DSMN has provided written authorization.
• Not post any training material on social media, public websites, messaging groups, or external platforms.
• Immediately report any suspected loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse of confidential information.

The confidentiality obligation applies throughout the Service Agreement and continues for five years after its termination, in accordance with Article 20.

Non-compliance may result in suspension or cancellation of platform access and may lead to further action under the applicable Service Agreement.
